At JPPilates, we’re on a mission to move people—physically, mentally, and emotionally. We’re creating experiences that aren’t just fitness classes but places and communities you want to be and come back to. We are a home where connection is built, confidence is restored, and every person is met where they are. Our studio experience is about making space for clients to feel seen, supported and challenged through intentional Pilates-based movement that builds strength, confidence, and connection.

ABOUT

Jennifer Phelan is the founder of JPPilates, a thriving fitness community dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and connection through Pilates. Through in-studio, outdoor, and online programming, she has inspired thousands of Bostonians to move better and feel their best.

An award-winning Pilates instructor with more than 20 years of teaching experience, Jennifer is known for her high-energy, welcoming approach and consistently sold-out classes. In 2022, she opened the first JPPilates studio in Charlestown, MA. As the community continued to grow, she expanded into a larger Main Street location in January 2026. Today, she welcomes clients into a serene and supportive space where she offers private training, semi-private sessions, and group mat Pilates classes.

During the warmer months, Jennifer brings her signature style outdoors with a robust schedule of classes at the historic Bunker Hill Monument. She also leads JPP Stroller Bootcamp, a unique program she created for moms who want to stay active while spending time with their little ones.

When she's not teaching, Jennifer is a busy mom of two young boys and enjoys being an active part of the Charlestown community she proudly calls home.

Our 12th season of outside classes at the Bunker Hill Monument is here! Classes are posted weekly and include Pilates Flow, JPPilates Fusion, Sunset Pilates and JPP Stroller Bootcamp.
