Everything felt like a race against the clock. I was making silly mistakes. I wasn’t excelling. I wasn’t myself. At some point along the way I realized I was missing one key ingredient in my new motherhood puzzle. Balance. It was when I stopped trying to do it all that I actually started to thrive.
You've been hearing rumblings for months. Questions have been asked. And the time has finally come. Asana, Charlestown's BRAND NEW Yoga, Pilates and Barre studio is officially opening on September 1st! And I'm excited to be teaching 5 new classes a week!
Well, I did it! Another photo shoot for the record books has been completed! I hung from beams, climbed walls, sat on walls, planked from walls and pulled myself up on multiple structures in alley ways, literally next to dumpsters. It was not glamorous. It felt raw and most importantly I felt strong and sexy.
I just finished teaching my first free JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp class of our summer series and now I want to have another baby. Ha! Kidding. (Sort of) But just look at all of those little munchkins. I was joined by 20 moms, which means I could oogle over 20 tiny babes under the beautiful blue skies in the middle of Boston, all sponsored by the incredible company Safety1st. Talk about your perfect Friday morning.
I've teased you on social media enough. The time has come to share not one but TWO awesome summer free class announcements! I'm leading two totally FREE class series in Boston starting in July. Both are back by popular demand. You've been asking and asking and asking... And I'm finally answering with a big YES. Here you go Boston... Just for you...
Jennifer Phelan Pilates teams up with Safety1st to bring Boston free JPPilates Stroller Camp classes this month.
If you follow me on social media, you've probably seen my posts endorsing Essentia Water. Maybe you've wondered why this water is so special? Or what exactly I'm doing with the company? Well today I'm going to spill the beans and share with you.
Welcome to the brand sparkling new home of JPPilates! It's been a long time in the making but I couldn't think of a better time than now to launch this site. There's quite a buzz in the air lately and I have lots of upcoming projects and adventures on the horizon. Now I have a fresh, central location to share these things with you.
