JPPilates Bootcamp

This popular class blends classical mat Pilates with Jennifer's energetic Pilates Fusion core sequencing and cardio bursts. Sweaty and intense, it has proven to deliver results to every level of committed client. Please bring your own mat and wear sneakers. 

JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp

As a mother of two little boys, Jennifer knows how hard it can be to feel your best and make time for the exercise your body craves. Which is exactly why she created JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp in 2014, exclusively for mothers and their little ones.

JPPilates Stroller Camp is a unique, fun and results-driven workout done outdoors WITH your child. Class includes a warm-up stroll around the Monument, barre work using your stroller and mat Pilates to focus on re-building core strength, through a series of safe and targeted exercises. 

Babies and tiny tots should stay in their strollers during the entire moving portion of class. They can then join you on the mat to play by your side. During certain exercises you will have the option to hold and lift your baby to enhance your workout and bond. There is no specific age limit for this class. You know your baby best and if you feel he/she can remain comfortable in a stroller or safely by your side on the mat, then any age is welcome to join! Please bring your stroller, mat and wear sneakers. And remember as Jennifer always says in her mom and baby classes, ANYTHING GOES, so just show up and we'll help each other out. After all, that's what motherhood is all about! 

What to BRING

Bring your own mat and water. Sneakers are required for all workouts but may be removed for the mat Pilates portion of classes. For JPPilates Stroller Bootcamps a stroller is required, however it does NOT need to be a jogging stroller. 

How Will I Know If Class Has Been Cancelled

If we need to reschedule or cancel a class due to bad weather, we will notify all registered clients via email. Classes will not be held in the rain. In most cases if weather is questionable you will receive an email at least one hour prior to the class start time. 

Parking

There is street parking available around the Bunker Hill Monument. 

Passes

All class passes are non-refundable. You must purchase sessions before you can reserve your place in a class. Please be sure to set up an account and purchase sessions prior to reserving.
