Join NEY Pilates and Barre Instructor, Jennifer Phelan and Wellness Expert, Kerri Axelrod for a unique workshop that will give you practical tools and proven strategies to help you look and feel your best this winter.
This two-hour workshop will target both your body and your mind, starting off with a 50-minute Pilates workout led by Jennifer. Pilates is designed to safely increase strength and flexibility, create long lean muscles, condition your total body and refresh your mind. Following the workout, Kerri will lead a discussion where you will learn how smart food and lifestyle choices can increase your energy and boost your mood.
The workout and nutrition discussion will be broken down step-by-step and complete with handouts, take-home recipes and product recommendations to help guide you on your wellness journey.
