CLASSES ARE SCHEDULED ON A WEEK-TO-WEEK BASIS, WEATHER DEPENDING

Welcome to the 10th season of outdoor JPP classes at the Bunker Hill Monument in Charlestown. Every week we gather for classes outside, challenge our minds and bodies, and soak in some large group energy which helps carry us through. Completing a workout has never felt so glorious!

From Pilates Flow and JPPilates Fusion to JPP Stroller Bootcamp, there is a class for any season of life you are in. Grab your mat, sign up for a class and I’ll see you there!

Class Types:

JPPILATES STROLLER BOOTCAMP

As a mother of two little boys, I know how hard it can be to feel your best and make time for the exercise your body craves. This is exactly why I created JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp after the birth of my first son. This workout is designed specifically for mothers and their little ones. JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp is a fun and results-driven workout done outdoors WITH your child. Class includes a warm-up stroll around the Monument, barre work using your stroller and mat Pilates to focus on re-building core strength, through a series of safe and targeted exercises. 

Both babies and toddlers are welcome. All you need to bring is your stroller and a mat. Sneakers are recommended.

JPPILATES FUSION

This popular class blends classical mat Pilates with my energetic core sequencing and great music. Pilates Fusion is the heart of my methodology. Sweaty and intense it has proven to deliver results to every level of dedicated client. All levels are welcome.

PILATES FLOW

This workout is a classically based mat class, embodying the method of Pilates combined with my signature flow. The workout will focus on engaging your body’s powerhouse, or abdominals, to enhance your entire physical form while uniting your mind, breath and body. Don't be fooled, you will break a sweat AND work your entire body with challenging sequences and high energy movements. All levels are welcome. 

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring your own mat and water. Sneakers are required for all workouts but may be removed for the mat Pilates portion of classes. For JPPilates Stroller Bootcamps a stroller is required, however it does NOT need to be a jogging stroller. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED?

If we need to reschedule or cancel a class due to bad weather, we will notify all registered clients via email. Classes will not be held in the rain. In most cases if weather is questionable you will receive an email at least one hour prior to the class start time. 

PARKING

There is street parking available around the Bunker Hill Monument. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your class reservation up to 2 hrs before start time. To cancel, visit your Arketa account and click on your widget. From there select the drop down option of “bookings” and you will be able to manage your sign ups there. If you purchased a drop-in you will be refunded for the class. If you have a class package, the class will automatically go back into your account.

PASSES

All class passes are non-refundable.
