I've teased you on social media enough. The time has come to share not one but TWO awesome summer free class announcements! I'm leading these totally FREE classes in Boston starting in July. Both are back by popular demand. You've been asking and asking and asking... And I'm finally answering with a big YES. Here you go Boston. Because I love you...
Bikini Bellini Pilates Bootcamp at Sterlings is BACK!!!
DATES: Saturdays in July (7/11, 7/18 & 7/25) TIME: 10:45 - 11:30AM
I can't tell you how many of you asked if this free class series was returning again this summer. It was such a hit last year that Sterlings now regularly has a range of complimentary classes on it's patio and it just wouldn't be right to not be a part of this!
So, get your body ready for the beach with an intense 45 minute total body workout with me for the month of July. Open to everyone. Bring your own mat. Stay for brunch and cocktails after class! (Sorry guys, brunch is not free. But we may have discounted bellinis for class participants.)
Event hashtag is #BikiniBellini
JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp is BACK!!
In Partnership with Safety1st
DATES: July 10, July 24, August 7 & August 14 TIME: 10:30 - 11:15am
LOCATION: Rose Kennedy Greenway in North End (Corner of Salem & Cross St)
I'm thrilled to be partnering with Safety 1st to bring my Boston Moms some free class options to workout with their babies! I launched this outdoor stroller class last summer at the Bunker Hill Monument in Charlestown and it's honestly one of my favorite memories from my first ever summer with my own son Grayson. The community of Moms that came together each week and sold out almost every class showed me there is a real need for fun, safe and healthy outdoor activities.
Plus having the support of such an incredible company like Safety1st allows me to offer this class for FREE and give local Moms some extra goodies and perks that I know you all deserve!
JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp is designed by a Mom (me!) exclusively for new mothers and their pre-mobile babies. That being said, if your tot is a little older, feel free to bring them to class and try it out. During our pop up event last month we had lots of older kids who enjoyed 'working out' with mom, so anything goes. We're all moms. We "get it."
Bring your own mat and stroller.
So there you have it! Please stay tuned for more details as both classes get closer in date. In the case of rain, classes will be automatically cancelled.
What do you guys think? Who's excited!!!? I know I am!
